New integration: Jira
Metaplane's latest integration streamlines your incident management workflows.
There are some mornings that you may be taking a deep sigh as you log into Jira to check your tickets for the day, but there’s no denying how useful it is for managing the progress of all of your ongoing issues. That’s why so many teams, including yours, have adopted Jira - to streamline your task management for higher completion rates and faster resolutions.
And because your team adopted Jira to streamline tasks, our team built the Jira integration to support your workflows. Metaplane uses machine-learning based anomaly detection to automatically find issues within your data. Now, in addition to sending notifications to tools such as Slack and Microsoft Teams, you’ll be able to create issues directly in Jira associated with each incident that Metaplane finds.
We recommend creating a new Jira project or designating an existing project to send issues into. Once you have that in mind, log into your Metaplane account to add the integration via OAuth. You’ll be able to create a Jira issue directly from any given Metaplane incident, and access the associated ticket in Jira directly from Metaplane.
With this new integration, Metaplane now complements your existing workflows in Jira so that your team can handle every data quality incident faster, to continue building trust in data.
If you’d prefer to talk to the Metaplane team about how others are handling data quality incidents, please pick a time that works best for you! Otherwise, if you’re keen to get started implementing data observability, you can set up Metaplane within 30 minutes.
