Webhook support for incident events

Metaplane makes it simple to start receiving incident alerts and supports native integrations with popular notification and incident destinations like Slack, Microsoft Teams, email, PagerDuty and Jira.

One of the most helpful features is the ability to route and group incidents so that data teams can avoid alert fatigue and ensure the right people find out about incidents at the right time.

We’re excited to share that, in addition to these native integrations, Metaplane now supports webhooks for incident events so that if your team uses a different incident management platform, you can easily integrate it with Metaplane in minutes.

Incident Webhook Use Cases

Metaplane supports sending webhooks when incidents are opened, additional monitor failures are attached to an incident, and when the incident is resolved.
